Elite Telehealth

2. Repeat advanced cholesterol testing and insulin resistance testing at 6 months
3. Annual functional medicine testing

5. Four 30-minute telehealth coaching visits per year

Certain services provided through our telehealth plans may qualify as eligible medical expenses under IRS Section 213(d) and may be reimbursable through a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). However, eligibility is not guaranteed and depends on your individual health plan, employer-sponsored benefit design, and applicable tax rules. Patients and members should consult their HSA/HRA administrator, benefits provider, or tax advisor to determine eligibility before submitting claims for reimbursement. However, eligibility for reimbursement is determined by your individual benefits plan, employer-sponsored health program, and applicable IRS regulations.
