Ownership of packages turned over to UPS/FedEx/USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by UPS/FedEx/USPS. Additional insurance is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can’t afford to lose.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please Note This Does NOT change the processing time! It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. If you purchase the express shipping it does NOT mean your purchase will ship the next business day, it means when it is ready to ship after compounding it will ship express rather than 2-3 day ground service.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are insured for $100, if you would like to purchase additional insurance for your package please add on Shipping Insurance. Once again we are not responsible for package(s) once it transfers to USP/FedEx/USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. Your order will not be replaced for the purchase from us if UPS/FedEx/USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance.
