Does Mobile Care Health require a membership?

To receive services at Mobile Care Health, patients must either maintain an active Rewards Membership OR have an active subscription for one of the following medications or treatments, including:

• Longevity Telehealth Plans
• Monthly Hormone Balancing Plans (includes TRT, BHRT, Estradiol/Progesterone/Testosterone, Thyroid Optimization, and or Enclomiphene)
• GLP-1 Max Plans
• Concierge Plans
• Mold Treatment Plans

If you are currently enrolled in one of these subscriptions, a Rewards Membership is NOT required to access care.
