Formulation
This is a two-part prescription nasal therapy to treat mold-related sinus issues, such as MARCoNS and chronic fungal sinusitis. The silver spray contains silver hydrosol, a potent antimicrobial; the other contains EDTA and itraconazole. Together, they help clear resistant bacteria and fungi from the sinuses.
The sprays work together to fight stubborn infections:
This combination helps relieve congestion, drainage, sinus pressure, fatigue, and brain fog often linked to mold exposure.
Patients with mold illness, chronic sinus infections, or positive MARCoNS tests.
Your provider will give you personalized instructions, but in most cases, both sprays are used 2–3 times daily. The EDTA + Itraconazole spray is applied first, followed by the Silver spray 15–30 minutes later. The 15-30 minutes in between sprays is important to allow the EDTA to absorb, to reduce the risk of EDTA deactivating the Silver. A typical treatment course lasts 4–8 weeks, and consistent, timely use is essential for best results.
Yes. We only use a highly purified professional-grade silver hydrosol that is known for its exceptional purity and particle quality, meaning it delivers effective antimicrobial support with minimal additives and virtually no contaminants. This ensures you’re getting a clean, safe, and reliable formulation designed specifically for medical use. The EDTA + Itraconazole spray is a custom-compounded prescription designed to work primarily at the site of infection in the sinuses, with minimal absorption into the rest of the body, making it both effective and well-tolerated. Providers review your history to ensure it’s safe before prescribing.
MARCoNS (Multiple Antibiotic Resistant Coagulase-Negative Staph) is a resistant nasal bacteria often found in patients with toxic mold illness. It’s linked to conditions like chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and chronic sinusitis. These bacteria release toxins that trigger inflammation and disrupt the immune system, and many colonies form biofilms that shield them, making treatment more challenging.
