Our sublingual progesterone formulations provide an alternative to the standard oral capsule, offering bioidentical options for hormone optimization and overall wellness. Designed specifically for women, these convenient delivery forms support natural hormone equilibrium, mood stability, sleep quality, and stress response.

Progesterone helps regulate menstrual cycles, ease PMS and perimenopausal symptoms, support fertility, and improve sleep and mood. Unlike oral progesterone capsules, sublingual progesterone is absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the mucous membranes of the mouth. This delivery method avoids first-pass metabolism and does not cause drowsiness, allowing it to be used as needed—at any time of day—to quickly relieve hormonal migraines or anxiety that often occur in the week before or during the menstrual cycle.

For women who do not tolerate oral progesterone capsules, these formulations can also be used as a continuous daily regimen to protect uterine and breast tissue, support bone, brain, and mood health, ease the transition through perimenopause, and promote long-term wellness for postmenopausal women.

Formulation Options:

  • Rapid-Dissolve Sublingual Tablets: Small, fast-melting tablets that dissolve quickly under the tongue in 15-30 seconds.

  • Sublingual Troches (Gummy Form): Soft, gummy-like flavored troches that melt slowly under the tongue or between the cheek and gum.

Bioidentical & Compounded: Customized for your individual dosing needs using high-quality, pharmaceutical-grade ingredients from 503A/503B partner pharmacies.

Our formulations are prescribed and supervised by licensed clinicians, ensuring your therapy is tailored, safe, and evidence-based.

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) can be a sign of a more serious illness. This is why we ask about your risk factors for cardiovascular and neuropathic disease. Once we rule out other causes we can get you started with injectable, oral medications, creams and or troches to treat ED.

Have you heard of Trimix and Super Trimix for erectile dysfunction? These injectable medications help treat ED and we can help you get started. You must complete a virtual or in-person training before any medication is received. All of our ED treatment options include all your supplies and a single vial of reversal medication. We recommend that you have pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) on hand at home before your first dose. This can be purchased over the counter at your local pharmacy.

While Oxytocin certainly lives up to its reputation as the “Love Hormone,” it also has broader applications like weight management and a performance enhancer. Levels reach extreme levels during childbirth and breastfeeding, however, they have also been found to be elevated during sexual arousal, skin to skin contact, and orgasm.  We know that taking this can improve libido, orgasm intensity/frequency and sexual pleasure. For weight management, it has been shown to decrease overall weight through reduced caloric consumption. Lastly, a study has shown that oxytocin may provide benefits in team and personal performance. It showed a direct link to, prosocial behavior and social emotions, all of which are key to team performance. It can greatly increase one’s ability to trust, empathy, overall team cohesion, and more.

PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is a synthetic peptide developed from Melanotan 2 (MT-II). PT-141 is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction or impotence in men and HSDD (hypoactive sexual desire disorder) in women. PT 141 Nasal spray offers a convenient way to treat erectile dysfunction and hypoactive sexual desire without needles or pills. PT-141 affects sexual arousal, aiding enhanced libido levels and penile erections. PT-141 does not target the vascular system. Instead, it acts on the nervous system via the activation of neurons in the hypothalamus to increase sexual desire. In other words, it tells your brain to get your engine going instead of sending blood flow downstairs.

Apomorphine treats erectile dysfunction by sending the signals down to get you hard. This works well for patients who have performance anxiety. Apomorphine is a dopaminergic agonist with an affinity for dopamine receptor sites, mostly D(2), within the brain known to be involved in sexual function.  It dissolves rapidly and results in an erection in responders in approximately 20 min.

We also offer medications for injection therapy are Trimix, Bimix, and Quadmix. Most men begin injection therapy with Trimix, which is a mixture of 3 ingredients: alprostadil, phentolamine, and papaverine. These ingredients work by relaxing the smooth muscle and opening the blood vessels in your penis, causing an erection. Other options include, Tadalafil and Bremelanotide PT 141.  Tadalafil is an ED medication with effects that are cumulative and improve with daily use, and it’s effective for both male and females.
